The recommended uses listed are only guidelines.
They simply reflect the most common rate plan for each
given scenario. |

Monthly Rate |
The monthly rates shown include all of the bundled items
shown for that rate plan. However, these rates
do not include any extended transfer fees that may be
incurred from traffic exceeding the associated free
monthly transfers.

Activation Fees |
Activation fees may be waived in many circumstances,
such as when moving service from another ISP.
Please contact IgLou's sales department at (800) 436-4456
for details. The activation fees shown do not
include any domain or certificate registration fees
that may be incurred by any independent registrars. |

Disk Storage |
Each WorldLinks plan provides a base amount of disk
space for storage of your website files, including HTML,
image and video files.
Additional space is available at the rate of $10.00
per 100 megabytes (or $0.10 per megabyte) per month. |
|
Monthly Transfers |
|
Each WorldLinks plan provides a monthly
amount of free data transfers (measured
in gigabytes) to viewers of your website
and content. Almost all web-sites fall well
within the transfer allocations for each
recommended rate plan. |

However, for those sites that are moving
large number of files, additional data transfers
beyond the allocated amount will be billed
at the rates shown. FTP or FrontPage
updates to your website do not count towards
your transfer allocation, nor do hits from
other IgLou customers. |

Mailboxes |
IgLou
mailboxes support both POP and IMAP protocols for
remote retrieval of email using any popular mail software
(i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, etc). IgLou also
provides access to a powerful web-based mail reader
that can be used with any web browser at
http://webmail.iglou.com. |

Frontpage Extensions |
To use some of
the special features of
Microsoft
FrontPage™ (such as website management and interactive
forms), you can request that your account be enabled
with "FrontPage Extensions". There is no extra cost
for this feature to be added. Frontpage Extensions
are not required in order to use Frontpage as an HTML
authoring tool, but they do unlock extra features that
would otherwise be unavailable. Keep in mind that
Microsoft FrontPage™ is not free software and would
need to be purchased separately. IgLou supports all
versions of FrontPage up to and including FrontPage
2003™. |

Traffic
Reports |
IgLou provides 24-hour access to customized traffic
analysis reports for your site. Detailed items
include number of visitors, how they are getting to
your website, and what pages they are accessing the
most. Reports contain over 20 different analysis
sections and can be accessed via the web or sent via
electronic mail on a recurring basis. |

Secure SSL Encryption |
All WorldLinks accounts provide free access to IgLou's
own SSL secure encryption certificate for protecting
sensitive web-pages and forms. Customers wanting
to obtain a secure certificate for their own custom
domain name can also do so for a one-time install fee
of $25.00 (not including SSL registration fees from
your certificate registrar). |

Domain Hosting |
Do you have (or want) your own registered
domain name tied to your website? IgLou will host
one or more top-level domain names (TLDs) at no additional
cost starting with our WorldLinks Basic rate plan.
IgLou can
also
register your new domain for $20.00/year fee with
discounts for multi-year registrations. Each fully
hosted domain can be configured for email delivery or
as an additional alias address to your hosted website. |

Virtual Email
Forwarding |
If you have your own registered domain name, IgLou will
provide unlimited
virtual email forwarding for any address @yourdomain.com.
Each virtual email address can be forwarded to any email
account, including email addresses at other ISPs. |
|
Dialup Access |
Dialup accounts are the equivalent of IgLou's regular
Complete
Dialup Access and includes free access to our nationwide
access numbers. IgLou's higher WorldLinks plans
even include multiple dialup accounts for those who
may need multiple access for remote users. |
|
Static IP Address |
WorldLinks web sites can be configured (upon request)
to use static IP addresses. While most sites do
not need statically assigned IP addresses, it can add
an extra level of flexibility for those needing their
own virtual FTP site. Static IP addressing may
also be useful for unusual applications that require
such a configuration. |
|
Anonymous FTP |
Anonymous FTP storage can be used to offer files to
visitors of your website. Upload capabilities
to this FTP area can also be enabled upon request.
Access to your anonymous FTP site can also be tied to
your own custom domain name, such as ftp.yourdomain.com. |

MySQL Database |
IgLou provides access to MySQL database service for
those that require relational database storage. IgLou
supports both MySQL versions 3.23 and 4.1. |
|
CGI Scripting |
IgLou WorldLinks provides full CGI scripting services,
including Server Side Includes (SSI) for use with any
programming language available on our servers.
Available languages include Perl, PHP 4, PHP 5, Java, TCL
and Python. IgLou's
ShellAccess.COM
UNIX access service provides a full UNIX command line
interface for developers who want advanced scripting
access to their site. |

Server Includes |

Counters/Forms |
IgLou provides a set of basic preconfigured counters
and email forms for use with your WorldLinks website. |
|
FTP Updates |
IgLou provides customers 24-hour unlimited access to
update website data without affecting monthly data transfers.
Customers using Microsoft FrontPage™ also enjoy the
same 24-hour unlimited access. |

Raw Log Files |
Upon request, IgLou can provide automatic access to
raw transfer logs for use with popular analysis software
such as WebTrends™
. |
|
Tape Backups |
All of IgLou's WorldLinks web data is backed up to backup
storage systems every 24 hours. Using equipment
from Network Appliance,
our file storage servers use SnapShot™ technology that
provides highly reliable backups of mission critical
data even when data files are changing frequently.
Network Appliance file servers are used by the world's
most powerful websites, such as EBay and Yahoo. |
Resonate
Redundancy

IgLou's hosting servers (as well as our email and application
servers) use powerful technology from
Resonate, Inc.
for
both redundancy and load sharing. Resonate, in
use by some of the largest web sites in the world including
Yahoo and EBay, provides a rock solid platform for ensuring
the availability of your website even in the event of
failure of one or more of our servers. |

Optional Contract
Discount Rate |
IgLou will provide discounts off of IgLou's listed WorldLinks
pricing plans for customers who sign a minimum of a
one-year contractual commitment. To register
